Welcome to Golf Links Simulators (GLS) — where our goal is to provide an exceptional experience that blends fun, innovation, and hospitality. By visiting our facility, using our simulators, or purchasing any membership or service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Expectation of Excellence

At GLS, we are committed to maintaining an atmosphere of professionalism, integrity, and respect. Guests, members, and staff are expected to contribute to an environment that upholds these values at all times.

2. Friendly Competition & Fair Play

We encourage competitive play in the spirit of camaraderie. All games and interactions should reflect sportsmanship, honesty, and mutual respect. Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.

3. Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

  • Bay Rental Fees: All bay reservations require payment prior to usage.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than one (1) hour before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

  • No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation without prior notice will not receive a refund.

  • Late Arrivals: Depending on availability, late arrivals may or may not be extended past the reserved time.

  • Memberships: Memberships are billed monthly until canceled. Membership fees are non-refundable, including any payments collected prior to cancellation.

4. Membership Terms

All memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Members are responsible for updating their billing information and managing their account status. Benefits and discounts are non-transferable and valid only for the member listed on the account.

5. Food and Beverage Policy

  • All food is provided through GLS’s local restaurant partnerships.

    • Quality or timing concerns regarding food orders should be addressed directly with the food provider.

    • Outside beverages are not permitted within the facility. 

    • Alcohol must be consumed responsibly at all times. GLS reserves the right to refuse service or deny alcohol sales to any guest at its discretion.

6. Facility Conduct

All guests are expected to respect GLS property, equipment, and fellow patrons. Damage to simulator equipment, furniture, or facilities due to negligence or misuse will be charged to the responsible party.

7. Amendments

GLS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available at the facility and on our official website.

Golf Links Simulators (GLS) Return Policy

At Golf Links Simulators (GLS), we take pride in offering premium-quality products that reflect the same excellence and care as our experience on the course. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Location

Products purchased online may be returned directly to the GLS facility at:
9805 Sandy Rock Place, Suite G, Charlotte, NC 28277

Please bring your order confirmation or receipt when returning items.

2. Return Review Process

All returned products will be inspected for damage and wear before a refund or exchange is approved.

  • Products identified as damaged, worn, altered, or used are nonrefundable and may not be returned.

  • GLS reserves the right to determine the condition and eligibility of returned items.

3. Refund Policy

  • Qualified Returns (within 7 days): Eligible items returned within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund in the original form of payment. 

  • Returns After 7 Days: Returns received after 7 days (but within 30 days) will be issued a GLS Gift Card for store credit equal to the item’s purchase price.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Any product marked Final Sale or purchased during a special promotion is nonrefundable.

4. Shipping for Online Returns

If returning by mail, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. GLS recommends using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is not in stock, you will receive store credit in the form of a GLS Gift Card.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE T&C DOCUMENT

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much much more.
